Agency Earns Designation of a Family Resource Center of Quality!

We are so excited to announce that we have been accredited as a Family Resource Center of Quality by the Supporting Families Together Association! This accomplishment was achieved through a lot of hard work and intentionality to ensure we are providing best practices and high-quality support to families in our community!

We achieved the FRC-Q accreditation by demonstrating the application of FRC Best Practices throughout the organization. We engaged in robust professional development to ensure that standards of quality are met, parent leadership, protective factors, and the Wisconsin Core Competencies for Family Support Professionals are embedded into all core areas of service. The foundational infrastructure components include integrated action planning, evaluation and continuous quality improvement, and a comprehensive application process reviewed and approved by the Supporting Families Together Association.
