Do you want to celebrate your child’s accomplishments while ensuring their development is on track? Along with our community partners, we are offering another Developmental Screening Day for children 6 months to 5 years.

Your child’s development will be assessed in these areas:

  • Language
  • Problem-solving
  • Fine and large motor skills
  • Personal-Social
  • Hearing and Vision Screening (based on availability)
Benefits of attending Developmental Screenings:
  • Recognize your child’s developmental achievements
  • Support your child’s school readiness skills
  • Receive parenting information and resources
  • Early detection of potential developmental delays

Please register by April 29th at noon and choose your preferred time slot below to sign your child up. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION WHEN SELECTING A TIME SLOT, AS EACH ONE IS BASED ON YOUR CHILD’S AGE.  (No registration for parents required.)

(For children 33 months and older, if you do not see any availability that fits in your schedule, please call (920) 459-4330 to learn if there are other options that day that would meet your needs.)
