Do you want to see if your child’s development is on track? Along with our community partners, we are again offering another Developmental Screening Day for children 6 months to 5 years.
Your child’s development will be assessed in these areas:
- Language
- Problem-solving
- Fine and large motor skills
- Personal-Social
- Hearing and Vision Screening (based on availability)

Please register by November 15th and choose your preferred time slot below to sign your child up. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHICH TIME SLOT YOU ARE CHOOSING AS IT IS BASED ON YOUR CHILD’S AGE- WHICH IS LISTED BELOW EACH TIME SLOT. (No registration for parents required.)
(For children 33 months and older, if you do not see any availability that fits in your schedule, please call (920) 459-4330 to learn if there are other options that day that would meet your needs.)
