Do you have questions about our program? Join us for a casual informational session to learn more about the Literacy Council and our volunteer opportunities. \nThe Literacy Council trains\, matches\, and supports volunteers as they work one-on-one with adult learners who wish to improve their reading\, writing\, or speaking skills. No teaching experience is necessary; the only requirements are a high school diploma and a desire to help. \nAttendees of this session will have the opportunity to ask questions and register for our next tutor training session\, which will take place at the end of January. \nFree; no need to register. \nContact Shannon Schuren at literacy@frc-sc.org or call 920-892-6706 with any questions.
