DESCRIPTION:Do you want to celebrate your child’s accomplishments while ensuring their development is on track? Along with our community partners\, we are offering another Developmental Screening Day for children 6 months to 5 years.\nYour child’s development will be assessed in these areas: \n\nLanguage\nProblem-solving\nFine and large motor skills\nPersonal-Social\nHearing and Vision Screening (based on availability)\n\nBenefits of attending Developmental Screenings: \n\nRecognize your child’s developmental achievements\nSupport your child’s school readiness skills\nReceive parenting information and resources\nEarly detection of potential developmental delays\n\nPlease register by April 29th at noon and choose your preferred time slot below to sign your child up. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION WHEN SELECTING A TIME SLOT\, AS EACH ONE IS BASED ON YOUR CHILD’S AGE.  (No registration for parents required.) \n\n(FOR HEARING AND/OR VISION ONLY SCREENING\, please call 920-892-6706 to learn availability and to register.) \n\n\n(For children 33 months and older\, if you do not see any availability that fits in your schedule\, please call (920) 459-4330 to learn if there are other options that day that would meet your needs.) \nDo you require language support or interpretation services in Spanish or Hmong during your developmental screening appointment?
