Plymouth Developmental Screening Day (THURSDAY AFTERNOON)

Do you want to celebrate your child’s accomplishments while also ensuring their development is on track without fear of judgment? Along with our community partners at the Sheboygan County Community Partnership for Children, we are offering another Developmental Screening Day for children 6 months to 4 years old who are not yet enrolled in 4K or elementary school.

Your child’s development will be assessed in these areas: Communication & Language • Problem-Solving • Fine & Gross Motor Skills • Personal & Social Skills • Hearing & Vision (as available)

Registration is required by September 25th. (No registration for parents required.)

Please note: We are transitioning to a new screening system. If you experience any problems during this transition, please let us know so we can address them and continue to improve the process. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the transition.

One change you may notice is that you’ll receive a link to complete a developmental assessment before the event. Please complete it to the best of your ability with your child. If you’re unsure about an answer, select “No Response” rather than guessing. At the event, you’ll have an opportunity to discuss questions and try activities with a staff member.
